The Diamonds in Space Program Terms & Conditions

Dianna Rae Jewelry guarantees and agrees to deliver the item purchased. If Dianna Rae cannot deliver the item to the customer, Dianna Rae will refund the purchase price to the customer.

The customer agrees and acknowledges the unique challenges presented by space travel and further agrees, accepts and recognizes that due to those issues and circumstances Dianna Rae Jewelry may not be able to deliver the item purchased. If Dianna Rae Jewelry is unable to deliver the item purchased the customer agrees to accept the refund of the purchase price in complete and full satisfaction of the contract and agreement between the customer and Dianna Rae Jewelry.

Dianna Rae Jewelry cannot guarantee delivery by a date certain. Customer agrees and acknowledges that the unique challenges presented by space travel which makes the actual delivery of the item purchased uncertain also prevents Dianna Rae Jewelry from promising or guaranteeing delivery by a date certain or by a deadline.

The customer further acknowledges and agrees that Dianna Rae Jewelry has made no other promises, guarantees or warranties not contained herein.
